Some insulation installers said I had an apparent sewage leak in my small and unpleasant crawlspace. I called North Hill Sewer and Drain and a plumber was sent out the same day -- he checked all my bathroom pipes in my crawlspace and found no leak. Then he suggested I turn on my shower and point the shower head all around and, sure enough, that turned out to be the source of the leak into the crawlspace. I simply needed to recaulk and regrout my shower. So the plumber solved this mystery quickly -- and made my day. Whenever I have a plumbing or sewer problem, this is the company I will call.

North Hill did all the plumbing at our house for a permitted whole bathroom built from scratch. Everything was done perfect, they had to drill through the foundation to connect to the sewer outside the house, and they just touched the areas strictly needed and finished it up really neat. Communication was great, they were always on time, and they did their job as scheduled.

I hired them for two different jobs and in both cases they were incredibly responsive and accessible— providing customer service that seems rare nowadays. They also did quality work at fair prices.

I've used North Hill Plumbing and Sewer multiple times for both sewer pipe lining and all types of plumbing. They're great! Very responsive (especially in emergency situations), they review the overall situation and tell you what you need to do to fix and prevent the problem. I've never had a situation where they've had to come back and fix work they've done. I have no hesitation is recommending!

The pipes under my toilets and bathtub were leaking. A friend recommended them, and I called them for an estimate in the evening. They came the next day, did the inspection for free, and then installed new pipes at a reasonable price. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job.

These guys are great! If you need sewer work or pipe repair of any kind, definitely give them a call. They were fast, professional and able to repair our sewer pipe for way less than we expected. They did a trenchless sewer lining that helped us not have to dig up the a huge trench and tear up our asphalt driveway. That saved tons of time and money, so we'll definitely be recommending North Hill Sewer & Drain to everyone in the area.

I will always use this company. I will not be calling anyone else. I have used this company for year and I have referred them to all my family and friends. I just used them at my place of business and they rocked it. We had a sewer drain that was clogged that was flooding 3 of my unit. They fixed my issue ad explained exactly what was going on. I would give them a 10+ if I could. Use Them!

Chad came out to our tiny house construction to install the flange for the toilet and to set the shower pan. When he got out there we realized, during the foam insulation process, that the toilet drain had moved about two inches from where it was supposed to be. Moving a drain pipe after it was foamed in is almost impossible. It is like being stuck in cement. My contractor and I were able to dig out some of the foam and Chad was willing to stay longer until this was complete. He then was able to use different fittings to place the drain in the correct location. What would have only take about 30 minutes took a couple of hours. We were not charged for this extra time and Chad was very supportive. We appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond.

We had North Hill Sewer and Drain come out and do two different jobs for us. The first was an outdoor faucet replacement/repair and the second was connecting our first and second floor plumbing together, for a new septic system that was being installed. We were very pleased with their punctuality, communication and value of the quality of services that they performed for us. We had this bid out with several other companies and some of them looked completely confused about what we wanted done. Not North Hill Sewer and Drain; they looked at our project, explained how they would perform the needed work and quoted us a very fair price. North Hill Sewer and Drain helped us convert a failed septic system to sewer in time for us to close on our house and they are spectacular in every way. They do a fabulous job, plus they are professional and kind people. Even though they were very busy they always took the time to answer my many questions. It was a total pleasure to work with them and I would definately call them for any plumbing related issue.

I was pleased with every aspect of this experience. They used the liner technique to repair a break in a ceramic connection between the PVC sewer and the cast iron which was beneath cement stairs - a perfect solution, excellent prep, execution and, clean up. Thanks

Among the four places I requested for quotes, they gave me the most reasonable price. The work was done quickly, and the plumber was professional and easy to work with. I’d ask them again if I have any plumbing work in the future.

I called North Hill Sewer and Drain with the problem that my hot water only runs for a short time in the shower. Then just cold water runs. This was about 9 am in the morning. Michelle worked hard to find me a plumber that could come in that afternoon. Chad the plumber came in at the appointed time, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He assessed what the problem could be and was able to fix it. By the time he left, I had hot water running as needed, especially when taking showers! Thank you for the prompt service, Michelle and Chad.

The North Hill team provided me with an estimate to add an extension onto my sewage pipe to accommodate a new toilet. While I ultimately decided to wait on the project, I was impressed by their very reasonable estimate given the scope of work as well as their fast and professional response time.

Rick and Warren did a fantastic job revamping the water connections for a new washer. My old nozzles stuck out 5” from the wall which meant a new washer (on a pedestal) would not sit close to the wall. They installed a recessed system inset into the wall and solved the problem. They were very professional, thorough, communicated what they were doing and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend North Hill Sewer and Drain and, if the need ever arises again, I will call them.

I thought I had a minor plumbing problem with water around the bottom of a toilet bowl. Turns out I had roots obstructing the drain - big problem. Rick and his crew arrived and after diagnosing the plugged drain, removed the problem and I now have a fully working toilet! Yeah!!
