We called for a second opinion on replacing our 15 year old tankless water heater. Scheduling was quick and Matt came out the next day. North Hill's price was much more reasonable and Matt was able to do the install same day. The other plumber had told us it would be a multiday job. Matt was respectful of our home and time. He talked us through everything he needed to do. The water heater is working great and he made the plumbing all around the install look nice and clean too. Rick and Warren scoped the job, arranged for Matt to do a difficult garbage disposal installation. During the installation, Matt found and resolved a leak in the wall stack; he also checked the crawl space, and found/fixed a connection which had come apart.
